This review is for the petshotel. Over the past two years, since my cat was a kitten, my cat has stayed at the hotel 5-6 times, sometimes just for a weekend sometimes for longer. He always comes home happy and healthy. They give a thorough report of how he did, how he interacted with their staff at playtime, how he ate, how he used his litter box etc. The rates are very fair, the last time I picked him up it was $25 per night (not sure if this has stayed the same over time though I think it has). You earn points with hotel stays and get rewards you can use on a future stay, plus there usually a decent coupon for their first stay online. My first time they added the coupon without me brining it up. They of course ask for proof of vaccination, if you go to Banfield and have the Banfield app they let you show them just on the app so you don't have to bring paper copies from the vet which is very convient. The staff seem very nice and caring, one or two workers there recognize me and my cat since he's been there before. For booking right around the holidays I would call them 2-3 months in advance if possible. But outside of the holidays, I've called them about dates in the following week or two and been able to get him in. I'll keep bringing my cat here for boarding.
